For standard automotive/ marine cable that provides permanent joining of cable using a single connector.

Once crimped, simply heat the conductor with a heat gun to shrink the sleeving over the cable and allow the adhesives to flow. This provides a water resistant seal around the cable entry points so is particularly suited for use in situations where the connection is exposed to moisture.
