Change of mind
As we here at Autofactors know, all products are not created equal. If you feel that the product you have received is not what you thought, if it will not preform to your expectations, or you have just changed your mind we will accept returns within 30 days of you receiving the product, no problem. Please keep the product in its original packaging with no marks or damage to the product. Please note the cost of return of this kind is at your own expense. A full refund or exchange will be issued on inspection from one of our employees in store.
- Please check goods on arrival for any damage.
- Please report any damage or imperfections of your product within 24 hours of receiving the goods.
- Any damage reported after 24 hours may not be eligible for a refund or exchange from our suppliers.
- Cosmetic damage that does not affect the operation of the product may not be accepted as a claim from our suppliers.
- Some damaged goods may be eligible for free courier back to our store for inspection.
- All products are subject to suppliers warranty terms.
- If product develops a fault and is under warranty please notify us a s soon as possible so we can process the fault.
- Products under manufacturers warranty are subject to our suppliers inspection and may not be eligible for refund or replacement (i.e misuse of product).
- In some cases you the customer may be subject to cost of returning the product to us or the manufacturer.
We here at Autofactors strive for good customer relations, so we will try our very best to make the returns process as smooth as possible and try our very best to make warranty claims hassle free. Please contact us with and questions or apprehensions even before your purchase.
