Monofil Vario X-Build High Build Primer, a chromate-free 1K repair filler designed to deliver exceptional filling power for various substrates. This primer is ideal for use on sanded old 2K paintworks, shop primers, and directly on steel, aluminium, galvanized surfaces, and several plastics.

Monofil Vario X-Build High Build Primer is suitable for:

Sanded and Cleaned Factory Coatings and Old Paintworks: Ensures proper adhesion and a smooth surface.
Steel, Galvanized Steel, and Aluminium: Versatile for various metal surfaces.
Several Plastics: Including hard PVC, PPO/PA, ABS, ABS/PC, and PC/PBT.
Cured 2K Putty/Body Filler: Ideal for use over pre-existing fillers.
Note: Not suitable for plastic substrates made of PE, PP, PP-Blends (e.g., PP/EPDM), polystyrene (e.g., Styropor?), and thermoplastic coatings.

Preparation
To achieve optimal results, follow these steps:

Remove Loose Rust: If present, remove any loose rust.
Sand Substrates: Lightly sand the substrates with sanding paper P180 ? P240.
Clean and Degrease: Thoroughly clean and degrease the surface to ensure proper adhesion.
