Quiksteel Aluminium reinforced repair putty can permanently repair various metals, plastics, ceramics and even wood. The mouldable putty is easy to shape for different repair jobs, and it sets as hard as steel in 1 hour. Once set the repair putty can be filed, drilled or tapped.

Quiksteel aluminium reinforced repair putty will cure underwater making it ideal for repairing leaks in tanks. It will seal the leak while the leak is occurring removing the need to empty the tank for repairing. Please note that curing time takes longer under water. Quiksteel aluminium reinforced repair putty is impervious to most chemicals so it can be used to repair fuel or oil tanks. Once it has fully cured it can be treated just like steel. It can be drilled, tapped, machined, filed, sanded and painted For more heavy duty repairs use Quiksteel Steel reinforced repair putty.
